They prepared a poorly and multiply patched stone. They claim that they disclosed the fact that it was repaired and that it was discounted. None of their documents allowed them to show me the discount. Shady business. I wont use them now (refused to take delivery of the stone) and will never use them again. Bunch of crooks!

Merrill was very helpful, and the process there is pretty straightforward. We already have a fabricator so I just needed to provide their name so she could get pricing information to him.
It's a good size facility with a lot of selection, so if you have mobility issues, be prepared. We brought my wheelchair. My husband went in the main door, and Merrill met us at one of the large warehouse doors so I didn't have to deal with navigating the walkway or reception area. I had no problems getting down the aisles, but a lot of them I had to back out of as there wasn't necessarily room at the end to swing around to the next aisle. I was able to get to everything though, so that was good.
That being said, they really do have a wide selection of stones. A few things we wanted to see weren't in stock, but that can happen. I would highly recommend going to see the stones in person as they can look different from the website.
