Frank has done 2 inspections for us now, both times he has been unbelievably thorough. Communication is excellent and attention to detail is obvious. I appreciate the awesome inspections and the fact that Frank has went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, this is not a fluke. Many photos are taken and uploaded to a website, where you are able to view all photos and notes very easily. Cannot say enough about Stankus. The inspector tested, but did not reset the GFIC in my garage; which my freezer was plugged into. I took me a few days until I needed something to notice that the freezer was without power. Couldn't take the chance and had to throw away several hundred dollars worth of food.

Chris was very thorough in our home inspection. We have been in for three months and started to correct the issues he discovered (or stumbled across them ourselves as we forgot they were listed in the report). He was upfront about what he does/does not cover in the home inspection, so we knew what we were getting into because we asked up front what was included/not. Also advised us on things he could not inspect due to things like boxes in the way or shelves covering walls. He also was very honest about what he usually sees with homes such as ours and that he was actually impressed with the very little problems we had. Our realtor shivered a little when we told her we were using him, as she said he's found things before that lost her the sale-that's how thorough he was (which also ultimately won her the sale due to my cold feet and first time home buying jitters)! He truly wants what's best for the buyer and for them to be well-informed of what they're getting into, within the constraints of what's accessible to him. Several knowledgeable friends recommended him to us and we would highly recommend him as I felt he was extremely transparent and knows what he's doing. The report was also thorough and easy to follow!
