I didn't want to machine wash my 4 new pairs of knit pants after one wearing for fear they'd shrink - but after having them cleaned here only twice, I immediately noticed how tight the waist bands had become after the second visit. I thought I must had gained weight? Nope. Scale read the same. Then I queried the internet and this answer popped up...
"If the dry cleaning machines are not maintained properly - or if they malfunction during the cleaning process, SHRINKAGE can occur."
BEWARE of this business and any business that only shows a perfect 5 star rating!
