I have no clue how this location has high reviews! I came here with my mother and the customer service is awful. The Hispanic ladies that work here are only concerned with commissions and upgrades. No resolution to issues with phones and internet. All were laughing at my mother today while trying to fix her internet device including the lady who told her to call customer service. The employees behave more like this is a club or high school than a business.

the worst they helped every spanish person before they helped me so disgusting to see do not go here especially the manager made me wait for an hour after i told her i waited in another t-mobile for an hour and i was upset she had no compassion for me as a customer also me being back and forth to two different locations because of their initial mistake! with my infant daughter theyre a disaster
