THE WORST SPOT TO FILE TAXES! ok so this is my first time ever filing taxes. i understand that it takes a while but its been A MONTH & almost two weeks since ive filed. I didnt want a check so i told them to put the money in the bank so they told me that i will receive my money quicker. AGAIN, its been NEARLY TWO MONTHS and i still havent received my money. Then kenny tells me im gonna be receiving a certain amount, but everytime i try to check when my money will arrive i cant because hes not giving me the correct amount! i will NEVER file my taxes with these horrible people again.

To anyone who wants to fill this place, think twice. The man has a lot of lack of professionalism. In my case, I went to fill with 2 dependencies. My 3 year old and my 7 month old baby. It turns out that they put my daughter's social wrong (a mistake that anyone can make) well the fact is that after I put the correct social it came out that they had already claimed my girl. The man, in addition to telling me that perhaps another father of the girl might claim her, wanted to let me know that I had put the wrong number on the form where it is clearly seen that I wrote it correctly. After sending all the evidence to the IRS, I called to confirm that everything had been received and between questions and questions from them, they asked me what amount they had deposited, I told them the amount and they told me that that is not the amount that they get in the system and to ask the person who filled it out for the electronic copy. I go to the office because the man started calling me stupid, that I didn't know how to add, he called me stupid and became very aggressive and that I had called him a thief without me having told him anything about that. I just went to clarify like any human being would and he was supposed to clear up my confusion and not leave me more confused than I was. Think twice before going to this place.
