Hi Jinyan - The mattress that you purchased is a compressed mattress (aka Bed in Box). When you open the box and remove the product from the packaging, the mattress will take its shape. The dimensions of the box, which you present in your pictures, are considerably smaller than the mattress inside (once it takes shape) and they are unrelated to the product dimensions from the website that you also posted.Does the box say Queen on it? Have you opened it yet to see the mattress inside and removed it from the packaging? My suggestion is that if the box says Queen on it, you should open the box, remove the product from the packaging and let it take shape for a few hours.Then, you can inspect the product to make sure that the mattress is the correct size. If it is not, I would then recommend calling the retailer where you purchased this mattress. If that was sealy.com or cocoonbysealy.com, please call Sealy customer service at (800) 697-3259. If there is actually something wrong with the mattress, they will be able to help you.
