Nancy Pavic and her team made selling my deceased parent's home so much easier for my sister and I. Losing the patriarch of one's family is hard enough without the headache and confusion of dealing with his estate. Nancy expedited the process, assisted us with getting a good price and closing with a wonderful family that we feel will value the home in the same way our father did. Working with Felipe and Gricel Soto from Keller Williams Casa Real was a fantastic experience. From the very beginning, the Soto team proved to my husband and I that we were in good hands. Not only were they responsive and easy to work with, they were also very thorough during the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure we closed on a property that best fit our needs. With their expertise and professionalism, Felipe and Gricel were able to find us our dream investment property and walk us through every step with ease. Despite a few set backs, they were able to get around every obstacle in a timely manner and make an otherwise stressful event, a smooth and stress free process. We loved the husband wife duo, as they worked very well to collectively exceed our real estate expectations and go the extra mile as a team. They were highly knowledgeable about the housing market and worked hard to ensure a successful closing. We can't thank them enough for making our dreams become a reality !

The agent called Jocelyn she rented us an apartment saying it was really nice and pretty and nothing wrong with it supposedly to get the real state money from her side she didnt care about anything else. When we moved to the place the house got flooded the electricity was broken smoke everywhere neighbors broken in the house
All types of bugs everywhere we told her about it asked her who the owner was she said an LLC never wanted to give information of the owner saying it wasnt her fault.. she only wanted the money and didnt care about peoples life or how they live in that house.
She never wanted to give us back the real state money and also never any information from the owner knowing we had kids who are suffering from this things that are happening in this house that we were never told about at the beginning of the lease. We believe that just like the did background and credit check to rent the place we belive they shouldve done a background check on the owner and or property not fair for people who waste a lot of money for deposit real state and rent to deal with this. This is inhumanity and joselyyn was not a good person not helpful at all. And all she wanted was to take the real state money and rent the place never cared about nothing else. At least she shouldve researched about the house before renting it. Totally unfair to do this specially with minors living there

Working with Nancy to find my dream home was a success!! I couldnt have done it without her. Her and her team were patient, kind and super helpful during every step of our home purchasing process. Even when it was tough she was always positive and kept pushing for the BEST home for me and my fianc. Im forever grateful for Nancy!
