I've been in business fort 5 years now as a minority owner of a small staffing agency. I can't stress the importance of having a dependable payroll company to process payroll, however, ADP has been the most inefficient unreliable discriminating company for a minority business owner. I highly suggest, if you are a minority business owner and you need your business needs met, please explore other options. ADP has cost me countless hours on hold day in and day out for months for payroll processing. There is no other reason other than discrimination should I be dealing with a simple situation for such a long period. I refuse to believe a company like ADP can't resolve a payroll processing issue in a sufficient time period. Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been wired to ADP weekly, in addition to bank statements and for whatever reason I continue to get the run around. Going forward I will search for a company that are minority friendly.
