I was humiliated in this store.They are very upscale oriented and I think commission based. I tried on a pair of jeans that I liked and I thought were on sale. Its not that I couldnt afford them, but I cant justify spending that much on jeans. It wasnt like I needed a special occasion outfit, just jeans. When sales person #2 asked sales person #1 if I liked them, she shouted across the store she said theyre too expensive! I crawled out of the store red faced. I should really go back and get the jeans but I wont give them my money.

I was in the Garden State Plaza White House Black Market Store today. It was my first time.
Ive never been in a store with such exceptional customer service. The staff worked as a cohesive team and I was blown away. In these days where old fashioned kindness is hard to find. The staff went out of their way to find the items we needed. We felt genuinely cared about. When we walked out of the store we had everything we needed for our special event. Thank you White House Black Market GSP. You outdid yourselves . Bravo.!

They have nice jewelry. Clothes too but im a little big sizes dont fit. I may have to order online. But a great collection
