My mother is a resident on the Serenity Unit. She has dementia and always is treated with dignity and respect by every member of the staff. We are kept informed by the outstanding nursing team about their mothers condition consistently.
The CEO has zoom meetings on a weekly basis to update us on any new information. The atmosphere is friendly and helpful. There is not a department in this facility that is not there to make the veterans lives better and to show them how much they are appreciated for their service to our country.
