Don't buy marble tables its junk. Have problems but they said natural whole no replacement expensive but quality is not good

Employees are not welcoming at all. Walked in and no one acknowledged me and they kept talking amongst each other. I walked out and ordered online.

The store is nice and the representatives are great. Some of their products may be solid. But if you are looking for sofas, save yourself, because the sofas are trash. Do not make the same mistake I made. We bought our sofa an year and a half ago. One year into owning this sofa, it started ripping apart with minimum usage. We spent $4k on the couch and it is worse than any sofa I've ever owned.
When you call to get it fixed, you will find out that there is no warranty (makes sense...).
Never buying from West Elm ever again. Making sure anyone I know never buys sofas from them either.
