      image Horrible experience. All of our residential mail isn't going to all of our west grove plaza ups store box.Instead all of our bank statements are getting sent to our residential address where it gets stolen, , 800# didn't update our addresses as promised either!Our mail gets stolen here or return to sender deliberately from filthy dirty neighbors whom throw garbage on the driveway causing a maggot infestation!Yuck!
