I hade window installed by Shore Siding in the fall of 2018. We were not happy with the quality of the windows. Screens were not made correctly for the windows and they made me a new set and installed them when I was not at home. My window washer came today to wash the windows and the screens cannot be removed to clean. I called Shoe Siding several times and asked if someone could come out to show me how to remove the windows and screens, but they gave me the run around. They will not answer my calls. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them. I will not recommend them!

Shore Siding replaced our front porch floor and porch steps. Disappointed in their follow-up as they didn't fix any of the quality issues we identified at the conclusion of the job and didn't do good clean-up. I emailed the firm and they said they would take care of it but I had to do it myself as they never came through. Unless you're able to be there every day and watch over them I'd go somewhere else for my work.

Sure sighting was very responsive to our needs. Quality of work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. We give them a very high recommendation.

I hired shore siding to remove 2 skylights from my home because of leakage. upon arrival i asked the guys if they had drop cloths to protect my home they replied dont need them nothing will come in. so i had to go find some myself. as they worked nails, roof debris and a lot of sawdust entered my home from the 2 big holes in the roof where the windows used to be. as they finished i noticed a torn shingle from them working on them i asked to have it replaced the worker said ok. They fixed the shingle with silicone instead of removing it. a few minutes later i noticed the trucks leaving i also noticed the giant mess inside my home in witch they did not clean up. i went to their office and told the girl at the desk they left my house a mess she said she would have owner call. 2 weeks later im still waiting for that call. but he did respond by email he asked me this; what do you want from me. also note the people who showed up did NOT even work for shore siding they were from maryland. so if you need work done on your home DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY Service: Skylight repair

Created a whole new look for my home with cedar impressions siding and white trim, pergaola, porch roofs, decking, window trim. Excellent craftsmanship from third generation carpenter, Nick. Checked everything off my list. Owner involved in progress of project. Nine years later and still getting compliments and no wind damage.
