This will be our last stay at the pavilion. It has new management and it shows. Barn door on the bathroom doesnt lock and barely closes leaving an inch wide gap around it. Broken outlets, and an internet that might as well be dial up make it hard to check your email or even make a call inside your room. The pool and showers were broken and the staff was apathetic at best. And when we wanted to stay a extra day they price gouged us and doubled our room cost.

Despite the convenient location near the boardwalk, I recommend seeking alternative accommodations. Our stay was significantly dampened by an unsettling encounter with the front desk receptionist. Her consistently rude and disrespectful demeanor, even towards my parents, was truly disappointing. This regrettable experience has solidified my decision to refrain from booking here again.

The rooms are very tiny and very outdated. They updated the bathrooms and forgot the rest of the place. Lots of things could be updated, from the elevators to the check in/out system. I asked if I could use the pool for a little after check out and the answer was no. The Forum one block down allowed us to use their pool for the whole day after check out which was so nice, since check out is 11 am. For the price Ill go elsewhere

Last minute getaway before school started. Literally down the block from boardwalk entrance. Safe, convenient location. On site parking. Heated pool. Remodeled bathrooms. Rooms were clean and quiet. Employees were friendly. Would go again.
