image I worked for the company for over 9 year the manhattan office, and because they was changing management and trying to get rid of all old staff, to bring in the new management staff I got caught up in the cross fired. They never paid me for hold down the residence (more than one) through the pandemic with a hand full of staff while everyone was at home, sometime being quarantine in these residence take care of people who wasn't able to do for themselves. Now the residence that we had maintained is now crumbling down, and the upper management don't seem to care cause the new staff that they hiring is not in the individual best interested it's all about who you know and not the interest of the individual. I just want what I worked hard for that it!!!!

image The residents often escape, laying down in the middle of the street. Police come twice a week with the ambulance. Staff has brought drugs into the neighborhood. Residents who have escaped have told neighbors they are abused. They often try to run away and many residents are violent. There is a lack of regard for any community they move into. Staff will cut through peoples backyards to get back to residents. Staff will sit on roof and smoke. Service that comes to pick up residents honks several times disturbing the neighborhood daily. Incidents of residents attempting to attack neighbors. (Documented police reports and legal records)
Community options administration is unwilling to respond to any concerns. Lying to township officials about any solutions. They do not call back - they do not answer the phone. They dont care. They are a business and if you leave your loved one with them there is a good chance they are getting abused based on the residents own words.
The staff they hire is not equipped to handle the residents they have. Residents are often wandering in the street alone.
Adult protective services will be notified today about all the issues in this company.
If you google it, youll find that community options has been forced to leave communities before. The whole organization is corrupt, careless, and are here to make an easy buck on the backs of those less fortunate.

image WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR! They help people with disabilities, but I was FIRED BECAUSE OF MY LEARNING DISABILITY! Theyre rude and do not care about their employees in the slightest. Specifically Dina, is the most horrific manager I have ever experienced working with in my life.

image This company purchased a home in our residential neighborhood. They are running a business out of this home and often there are 4-6 cars parked all along the street. It clearly states as per our HOA and city codes, one cannot run a business out of a home in a residential neighborhood. There are people everywhere on a daily basis, cars parked which block the view of traffic needing to make a right turn at the corner where the house is located. I appreciate that they are advocates for the disabled but they cannot run a business out of a residential home. Many neighbors are upset with the constant flow of activity and people at this residence. These are not neighbors we get to know, it is a constant flow of either employees or volunteers. Either way I believe the neighbors will eventually band together and go to the city with the issue.
