I had a severe leak in the kitchen pipes and a few other minor repairs that I needed corrected. Within a few hours of my call, Jack arrived and completed everything. He was efficient, polite and I could not be more satisfied. Their fees are a little higher than I expected but their quality of service is worth it.

I had an emergency last night were my hot water heater sprung a leak. I got home late night to find the mess and spent hours bailing water. I called Mr. Plumb and left a message. 7am he called back and within hours he had a guy at my place. The unit needed to be replaced and Jack worked with me to get what I needed ASAP! He and Gideon were amazing. All day it took to fix, and they connected me with an amazing restoration team to help me rid the water.
Truly a reliable, friendly and cost effective company. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Out of all the different types of contractors we have had in our house for all types of work, Jack has been consistently our favorite. We just had a water softener put in and it is fantastic. He is very customer oriented, explains everything, doesn't push, and delivers extremely high quality work. We won't even think about using anyone else. Highly recommended.
