The worth management. Dishonest & irresponsible people. Especially Anthony and Samir.
Homeless people are sleeping in 40 Clinton building.
They will do everything to keep your deposit.

Ive been living at one of Paramount properties in Bloomfield and since day 1 the roof has been leaking, ruining the ceiling and items in my bathroom. After FOUR months of contacting the property manager Debbie, saying the roofer will come and fix the problem, the leak remains. Hopefully this bad review gets their attention and my roof is fixed. Beware of paramount properties.
EDIT JAN 2024: ROOF IS STILL LEAKING AFTER 7 MONTHS OF LIVING HERE, NOBODY IS WILLING TO HELP. DONT MOVE TO A PARAMOUNT PROPERTY.
Edit March 2024: Roof leak finally fixed. Now waiting game to get relief credit and ceiling repaired.

BEWARE! If you are looking to move into the nether-wood flats I advise that you look somewhere else where. Management does not respond when you have concerns but are super quick to respond to Google reviews. Garbage rooms are always full and the hallways reeks of garbage. I have photos to prove just how bad it can get. This is entirely unacceptable especially with the amount you pay in rent. Loud music is always being played after 10pm during the work week. Parking your car in the parking garage will have you car damaged because the pipes above leak of this chemical that leaves damages on the car. Management has been notified via email multiple times and nothing gets done they dont even respond. But if your a day late on your rent best believe they are quick on there feet to make sure you are notified. When you pay for luxury that comes with a management team that is supposed to be effective and efficient with their tenants. They simply dont care.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Great experience, Allen was great throughout the process of getting me this beautiful apartment in Elizabeth.
Updated 2/29/2024 - this place is awful dont do it. Ive had a leak in my roof since September and it has not been fixed. The property manager Chris is negligent and disrespectful, and the overall communication with this place is god awful. Now theyre threatening eviction because I wont pay until I receive proof that this issue has been fixed while I have been out of state dealing with a family emergency. They also pay you $50 in Amazon cards to give a great review, Ive since had several $50 charges on my account that they refuse to take off. These people move shady.
