Hot. The thermostat was broken during a heat wave it was 76 degrees in the room. They didn't call maintenance they gave me an old fan seriously!, the bed was a relic from a 70s college dorm. It was painful, literally. I had to use icy hot my shoulder when i got home... It was like falling in between bedsprings... The pillows looked like they were chewed by a dog. They rush you to bed, expect you to fall asleep on command and then wake you up at 6 a.m. Wires fell off and they didn't reattach them, I had to get up repeatedly to use the bathroom because I drank so much BECAUSE it was a sauna in there. They didn't even finish the test, they told me there wasn't enough time, how useless is that?! It was horrible.
