This location is very RUDE! All of the workers need to be replaced. Every morning I wait in line the cashier YELLS at the customers, NEXT, READY, SIR, there is no need to yell at a customer. They treat me like I am 5 years old when its time to pay as if I cannot add up my pay on the screen. They dont repeat my order back to me because they act like I never heard it. Bad customer service at this location for a great franchise. Change the workers.

Very displeased with a specific staff by the name of MARIA. She has a very disgusting attitude!!!! I asked for Whipped cream, she didn't hear, and had the most disgusting attitude, instead of simply adding it, it really wasn't a big deal. Instead she was very disrespectful to me. This is unacceptable, especially since I am spending my hard earned money there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service from Maria. Disgusting!!

I dk if it's morning shift vs afternoon shift or it's just overall new management and staff but the men here stay having attitudes if you change even one thing or IF THEY made a mistake and have to do your order over. it comes with the territory so If you're upset with yourself then keep it with yourself. Don't throw it over here. Needs serious customer service soft skills training. Just rude.
