Terrific Branch in Moorestown with great employees. The management are always helpful and I have had nothing but great experiences here. Highly recommend this branch if you're looking for a new bank.

This branch is not good. I have had multiple problems with this branch and still tried but even as of today at 11 am I went to make a deposit the front doors were locked and ppl were working and a customer was in the lobby. I drove around to the drive thru it was open I waited 10 minutes and no one came. I really dont know what is wrong with this bank!

Thank you for your feedback, Kathleen. While the doors were briefly locked for ATM settlement, our representatives attempted to open the doors for you but saw you opt for the drive thru instead. How does a bank when first open say for the working person and the hours being 7 days a week. Money thru Friday 8:00 am to 7:000 Saturday 8:00am to 3:00 pm and Sunday 8:00 to 11:00 am. To know not being open at all on the weekend. How do you expect the working person be able to use your bank if you are not open at all on the weekends

absolutly rude bank teller in this branch. Assistance manager was called and she been even ruder. Unacceptable service, sending you out to other banks.
Management need to be train how to work with customers nice and professional.
