This is the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. They are just bullying customers.
I placed an order via a third party website and somehow this place got the order. The size they delivered was smaller than what was shown online. So I complained to the third party website about the order. They arranged for a replacement from a different place. But this owner calls up the recipient after 3 days and says that they will come and pick up the flowers. I tried to call back to tell them to resolve the issue with the third party but e they just hung up.
No wonder this has 3.5 reviews. Stay away from this business

Conroy's Florist provided the florals for my wedding on 10/14/23 at The Madison Hotel. Cathy and her team are incredible! I requested an arch for the sweetheart table and white/ivory flowers with greenery and Conroy's made my vision come to life! With budget in mind, we were able to create the floral look of my dreams! I was provided pictures a day or two prior to the wedding to ensure everything was good. Set up was also very professional and timely. I would recommend Conroy's to anyone!

We chose to use Conroys for our wedding as they are the main supplier of arrangements for our venue. Cathy was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out and understand all the different types of arrangements and flowers for wedding day. Even with all my changes I made in the months leading up to the wedding, Cathy was such a delight and easy to work with. The flowers for the wedding were absolutely beautiful and delivered on time and in great condition. I highly recommend using Conroys for your events!

My husband and I cannot recommend Cathy and her floral designers enough at Conroy's Florist & Tuxedo. From scheduling to execution, we were BLOWN away at what Conroy's Florist created for us on our wedding day.
I had envisioned a white floral cocktail hour and wanted to add some color in the ballroom for the reception ballroom. Cathy and her team brought the white flowers from our cocktail hour into the ballroom for a cohesive look and transition. Throughout the entire night, guests complimented the execution of the flowers and were in awe of the transformation from one room to the next. Our wedding venue smelt like a florist with all of the flowers we had!
Our wedding was at Nanina's in the Park (also HIGHLY recommend), and Cathy had walked through the venue giving her honest opinions on what we could do with the space and what would look best. She has a ton of experience in the business and has received feedback from many brides of what they would've done kept or done differently on their wedding days, and Cathy relays that information to her brides to help make an informed decision (i.e. in the main ballroom, we wanted to and could've lined all railings with flowers but Cathy was saying the floral railing blocks the views of the dance floor when your guests are sitting down at a table - something we would've never considered). Instead of doing florals along all railings, she suggested we do the main railing at the head of the bride and groom table, which turned out beautiful. We accented that entire area with candles on the steps (also provided by Conroy's), and flowers on the fireplace, and did did hanging pieces from the railings by the steps. Problem solved!
My husband and his groomsmen (all from Pittsburgh) were also able to order their tuxedos from Conroy's Florist & Tuxedos and they were perfect. Cathy had a book with all of the suit/tuxedo options to chose from. The groomsmen were able to get their measurements at local suit shops, call the florist with their information, and Karen was able to order their tuxedos. Everything fit them perfectly and came in great condition at a reasonable price.
Cathy also gave a ton of vendor recommendations during my consultation when I had asked. Her daughter, Katie, was helpful in sending links to local photographers, makeup artists, invitation companies, after party food vendors, etc. - anything you could really think of that you would need for a wedding, Cathy had a few recommendations for each bridal category. Conroy's also works closely with Jesse (from Charged Up Events) to provide us with chair covers, charger plates, napkin rings, table cloths, etc. Everything we had rented from Jesse and his company really elevated the room and were beautiful touches to our tablescapes. Conroy's Florist and Tuxedos was really a 1-stop shop for all of our wedding needs!
Again, we cannot thank Cathy (Karen and Katie), and her team of talented floral designers (Joan, T, Wellington, "Grandma", Mabel, and everyone else who helped design our beautiful arrangements), as well as all of her helpful set-up/take-down/detail crew (Jesse, Bronson, Allan). All were wonderful to work with and 10/10 would recommend Conroy's Florist & Tuxedos for you wedding, party, or everyday floral arrangement needs!
