Arrow Pest Control

Arrow has been my pest control service for about 6 months now and I can say they are definitely top tier when it comes to locating and exterminating pests. My original issue that led me to call them was mice which they managed to catch a whopping 12 in snap traps around my house and eradicated the infestation within a couple weeks! Since we signed onto a 3 year contract with them considering how affordable they were I decided to call about ants about a month ago to see if they can come and spray around my yard since I felt as if my yard was being overrun with them. Within days my ant problem was cut down by about 2/3! If you have a pest problem and you arent calling arrow to take care of it then idk what you are doing, these guys are the best!

I was very pleased with the individual (Robert Walsh) that showed up for the initial assessment. After we explained the issues that we have, he did a complete walk-through of the property, both inside and outside, and identified an additional issue that we had not noticed previously, although it was visible. He then explained the plan that would cover all of the work, including subsequent visits as needed. We felt very comfortable with his approach, professionalism and knowledge, and agreed to the plan suggested. The very next day the technician (Alain Ball) from the company showed up timely to do all of the initial work - both inside our house and outside of our property. He awas very professional and courteous, and explained in detail what he would be doing. Based on the initial work from this company, we were highly satisfied.
