Didn't even want to give 1 star. Don't rent from here. Extremely rude & dismissive attitude. Wasted time & money going here just to have the reservation unnecessarily cancelled & a completely callous demeanor.

Brandon was one hell of a customer service agent, I will definitely return. Give this guy a raise, he actually cares about the brand and his repair shops business.

AVOID. Rent from another location. The owner/manager provided some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. He would not provide straight/clear answers leading up to our reservation. Terrible rude attitude. Suggested we cancel instead of offering any form of help to investigate why quoted price went up significantly upon arrival. Literally did not care if we rented the car or not. Did end up cancelling and driving our own car 1000+ miles and cancelling a non-refundable flight $$$ (originally planned to drop car off one-way and fly back) which was not preferred or planned.

Save yourself a huge hassle and don't rent from here. They don't give you an EZ-Pass(!) I would use this place for work all the time, except it is a huge pain if they don't give you an ez-pass. You have to add their plate to your personal account (if u can remember your password) and then remember to take it off and then claim it with your company etc... First rental car place in the country that I've been to that doesn't give you a toll pass. Absurd.
