Never had any problems until 2day.
Amin is the name on the reciept. I sent my runner down 2 get a small coffee with an expresso shot, 2 splenda and a lot of cream. This was written on paper in the envelope. I got a small ice coffee with 1 cream. I had him take it back and he said they were upset and wouldn't fix the drink. I tried 2 call 3xs and no answer. Im very upset, disappointed! U guys were always so nice. U need 2 speak 2 this person, Amin! I would think if he did this 2 me, he has been an A-HOLE 2 other people! Customer service is everything!

The worst dunkin I have been to . Management needs to hire properly and staff their mornings better . How do you have two people who naturally work slow and seems to be new by the way they kept asking one another how to make this drink and that drink . If you know your a high volume store no reason someone should wait 25 min for a coffee . The poor worker had atleast 20 plus drinks backed up . Do better!!!
