      image I have been banking with Provident for more than 15 years. All the branches I have been to were very friendly and courteous. This branch, however, was not. The teller or anyone in the branch greeted me, even though there was no one in the branch. And when I got to the teller, she was very rude. She treated me as if I was going to rob a bank. The teller next to her was also very rude. She was staring at me whole time with suspicious eyes. With todays experience, I wondered if I should continue to bank with them. If I lived near this branch, I would switch my bank.
