      image Nasty billing department. Sharon does not let you speak or listen to your concerns. Sharon is speaks in a very condescending manner, talks over the patient, and does not listen. Very ignorant. It is a shame that when you are dealing with a doctor's office you do not have a choice in billing provider and you get stuck with a group of people who clearly do no enjoy their jobs.
