      image My SEP IRA at NFS used to be "managed" by Bob Dole of Acorn Financial Services. For years he's done nothing to manage my money, except for charging fees. When I decided to move my SEP Mr Dole was very uncooperative. The process was held up for over a month. In the end he got downright rude and unprofessional.

      image Have been waiting for a response on confirmation of policy cancellation for a couple weeks. Life insurance policy (10-yr term policy) was passed on to Acorn, and I received an invoice from John Hancock that new policy with invoice at 19x increase. I asked to cancel, or set to not auto-renew. Have not gotten a call back. Left several voicemails and emails.
