      image DISORGANIZED, INEPT, UNDERSTAFFED, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL STAFF!!! Rochelle, my Mom's Social Worker was great but, once she left it was a complete and utter debacle! For weeks, I was forced to constantly follow-up, repeat myself, was shuffled around to other people who in turn still knew nothing and each time forcing me to have to go through the entire story ... ...no one seemed to know what the heck to do!! All I heard was sorry after sorry and promises that were not kept and everyone continued to drop the ball including the General Manager and other Social Workers. My advice would be to choose another hospice!!!! The nurses, nurses aides and on call nurses were great it's so unfortunate that the Management and Office Staff were so terrible!!!!! The people with the really difficult job were great it's just too bad that the management and internal staff not only let down my Mom and our family but they let down their Nurses and Nurses Aides!!!
