I had a very complicated case but Bonny Rafel guided me step by step all the way from the start to the end. She was always there when I have any questions. Bonny Rafel truly is A Voice for the Disabled. She won my case, almost 20 years ago, after it was initially denied. I will be forever grateful to her for being so thoughtful and understanding through the years. I must say everyone at her firm has always treated me with patience and respect as I struggle with my disability, especially Lucia.
