I want some kind of reimbursement because I just got a new ball the same day I came in. The lanes arent cleaned or even oiled. My ball hooked into left gutter because its supposed to curve. Upon speaking to the front desk they put me in the vip room to try the new ball. They had oiled the lanes last night so I was pleased with that. But upon inspection of the game that I threw in the main area my ball suffered battle scars as if I had had it for years. Thankfully the vip room is lit up and I could see whats going on, because it near pitch black in the main area. Probably best as you cant see all the filth thats in the gutters. Im very displeased with the upkeep of these lanes, as they are not kept at all. Its time to clean the rails for the ball return and make sure the return system runs smoothly too because I am pissed. As someone who was looking forward to try their new ball 0/5 experience because the lanes are terrible. I had no issues with customer service there.

I dont know how people can bowl here. we where there at 5pm there where no lights on the lanes you couldn't see any arrows to bowl.
