True Dental Care at Jersey City is highly unprofessional. I booked my appointment 2 months in advance. They kept sending me reminders about the appointment and filling up the new patient forms. I took time off on the day of the appointment and spent 40 mins reaching there.
Once I reached there, I was told that cleaning procedure cannot be completed as they have an emergency patient and they can reschedule my appointment. I wish they would have informed me or have a back up to honor my appointment and respect my time. They perfectly symbolize the statement All that glitters is not Gold . Very disappointed with their services. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I had the best experience at True Dental Care. I was greeted with smiles and welcoming laughter by the front desk ladies, then I was escorted into a room that smelled AMAZING. Everything was so clean and bright. I was allowed to watch premium television and was even given a blanket!!!! Dr. Yaz did a root canal on me and boy does he have magic hands!!! I did not feel an ounce of pain during and after the procedure. I fell asleep!!! I can honestly say this felt like a spa day. Dr. Yaz and Xiomara were so gentle and assuring with me. I cannot thank True Dental Care enough for this wonderful time. I never thought Id say this but I cant wait to come back to the dentist!!!! :)

I regret to say that my experiences at this clinic have been consistently disappointing. Despite numerous visits with my two children, each appointment brought its own set of surprises. On one occasion, we arrived on time for a scheduled checkup only to be informed that our appointment had been canceled because I hadn't answered a confirmation call during work hours. This lack of communication was particularly frustrating; if the clinic makes efforts to confirm appointments, they should similarly notify of cancellations.
This wasn't an isolated incident. We've faced extended wait times of 40-50 minutes on several visits, which is far from ideal.
I do want to acknowledge the dentist's professionalism and rapport with children. She is clearly dedicated and skilled. However, the overall clinic experience feels more like a conveyor belt, prioritizing quantity over quality.
Having visited numerous dental practices over the past 37 years, I've encountered a wide range of service standards. Unfortunately, this clinic's approach and management have been uniquely disappointing.
