As an architect and owner I have worked with Nick and Stephen at Cherami Law on projects requiring Historic Preservation Commission and Zoning Board Approvals. They are real pro's who know their stuff. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and know how to get projects through the process. They were great at understanding my priorities, helped me evaluate what's feasible and what's not, answered all of my questions clearly, and gave valuable advice and feedback at every stage of the process. Most importantly, they are highly capable in communicating with the city and representing projects in front of the HPC and Zoning Board. I just had my Condo purchase at Port Imperial area closed last week, with Joe H. representing me as buyer's attorney. I really appreciated Joe's dedication and professionalism. From reviewing the draft contract all the way to the closing day, along with negotiation with the counterparty, communication with lender, title company, etc, Joe's role in my transaction is crucial.

Joe H. represented my wife and I with our home purchase. When we realized that the home under contract had serious issues that had not been disclosed, he helped us tremendously. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and patience with my wife and I as first time home buyers.
