I didnt want to leave a bad review, but unfortunately its extremely difficult to get in touch with any management at this hotel.
In an incident with my most recent stay,
I attempted to purchase some drinks at the bar at 11:30 pm, Saturday (4/6/24) because I was previously told that the bar closed at midnight by the front desk staff.
So I was not surprised when I saw other patrons still drinking and drinks still being served. However, when my partner and I walked into the restaurant we approached the bar to order a drink and the bartender, Jay, said she would be with us in a minute.
About 5 minutes later, Jay returns from making a drink to tell us that they are closed because she already called last call at 11:30pm.
We were so shocked so we only asked why have us wait for that and we were unfortunately waved away. As we were walking out we overheard another patron mention it was rude and she just chuckled.
I have stayed here a few weekends in the past few months and each time the restaurant/bar closes at a different time than stated by front desk staff, restaurant staff, or online sites for the restaurant.
Its just extremely upsetting and unfortunate because we specifically choose this hotel for its amenities and cannot enjoy them because the time frames are inconsistent.
