Had such a great experience with Express. I worked directly with Chris, who set up an interview for me the same day I came in to do my assessments. I am now employed with that same company and am very happy with how well of a match it is to what I was looking for. Thank you Chris!

What an absolutely HORRIBLE AGENCY. As you can see I left a good review previously, reason being? My first week in a job placement I received a call EVERY day from Chris at express harassing me to leave a review, so I did just to end the daily calls. Not even a week later I find out that information about my employment benefits were withheld from me so I would accept a position through them.
Let me start off by saying when I went into express I told Chris there were two things I was looking for that were deal breakers. One I needed health benefits for my son and I, and two I wanted to be placed with a company I can grow with/retire with.
So the company I work forabsolutely amazing and no complaints. I wish I would have seen the indeed posting they posted first, instead of the job posting express steals from companys to post themselves to get you in the door. That should have been my first red flag.
My problem was Chris at express told me I was never obligated to a contract, what he chose to not inform me was, the company I was placed at was. Meaning I was ineligible for benefits until their contract with express was up and I could be an official employee for said company. Now the kicker, the contract express had with this company was a 48 week contract which meant I could not receive health benefits until the 48 week contract was completed and then I had to wait an additional 3 months to be eligible through the company as their employee.
All of this was done because express was receiving a check each week from my employer for double my salary. One half to pay me and the other half in their pocket. (I did accounts payable)
I have nothing good to say about this company unfortunately, shady dealings in order for them to make a quick buck. Please find a different agency to help you with job placement, I promise you, they are not out to help you, only to help themselves at everyone elses expense.

Another prejudice temp agencies with the Basic A type employed here ,the ones who think they are superior even though they just work at a temp agency. Screening on personal opinions and zip code discrimination. PREJUDICE
