Today was my first time visiting Crescent tire and I will 1000% be back. I had my brakes replaced and a tire patch but I was on a super tight schedule with work plus two kids during spring break. Chrissy was so incredibly helpful, sweet and accommodating. Paul bent over backwards to fit me in ASAP even though they were extremely busy. I called a few other places previously and basically got sorry, were booked all week. He was so kind and inviting I was so pleasantly surprised. He drove me and my kids to my workplace nearby (and picked us up) because he saw I was having a hard time waiting with two young children and even helped us cross the street. He also gave them both hot wheels cars! I was truly blown away by how amazing the customer service was not only by Paul and Chrissy, but every employee I came in contact with. It truly is hard to find these days. I can see why theyve been in business so long and why I hear so many people recommend them. They will have my business forever.

Great customer service and great mechanics. They will tell you exactly what's going on with your car and repair it in a timely manner. They really care for the customer and it shows

They are very knowledgeable. Pleasant employees and are honest, which is hard to come by these days.
I feel I need to edit my review. Still a 5 star rating for me, but for the years I've been with them, they are still amazing. Had a hiccup after a recent service, and they more than made up for it. The only place I will let service my car. Paul is the best!
