Pearl Vision at Hamilton market. Nj has friendly customer service. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The Optometrist is very professional he answered my question addressed my issue. Patiently. I highly recommend this Pearl Vision location.

I absolutely love this place. Ive been coming here for years. Every time we go, we get excellent customer service. The staff, from the optician to the sales staff, are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Every time we needed a follow up adjustment on our glasses, there was never an issue and were happy to do it for us! The front desk was able to help me understand my insurance benefits when it comes to my copays and charges. We were not rushed during our visit and left with what we wanted! I always have excellent experience coming to this place!

My glasses broke and I went to see if they could be fixed. They could not be. But the person at the counter was so unfriendly and unhelpful. I may have decided to fix them there or get replacement glasses there. But based on his demeanor and attitude I just left.Update: went to Walmart and they were sympathetic. Fixed them in under 10 min.
