The worst spa experience I ever had! I had a 50 minute lavender scrub there today. The scrub and lotions used were all cold. The application was not relaxing at all. And to top it off, they had no hot water! I had to take a cold shower to wash off the scrub in the middle of the winter. I have had scrubs in several other spas and this was not comparable at all. The products did not feel premium and were not explained either. I conveyed my concerns at check out. They did apply 10% off but did not apologize or seem to really care. Im so surprised they wouldnt disclose that they were having a problem with the water before I started the service. I would have rescheduled. I went with a friend and was interesting that she received a text to give feedback but I did not. Hhmmm.I will never return and could never recommend to anyone.
