Lived here with my family from 2022-23. Apartments are clean, spacious & family-friendly. Daniel, EZ & Raul are very responsive on emails and maintenance jobs are quickly resolved. Easy walk to the main street with lots of shops and cafes. We moved out since we were looking to move to an apartment with lower rent. Definitely recommend them.

Will be moving out next month, and I must say that I've loved living in this place! 22 Sussex has provided me with the best apartment living experience ever. The building is bright and clean, super pet-friendly, and always smells fresh. Everyone here is lovely and responsiveDaniel, EZ, Raul, and many othersthey always respond quickly and fix everything for you. Living here has been a true pleasure, and it costs much less than other lux apartments in this area;)
We're moving to another state due to some personal issues, or I would want to live here forever. Best wishes to 22 Sussex!

Review after living for 4 months. Ive been moving multiple times for the past few years for various reasons, and this apartment is the best. The neighborhood is clean and safe, and the aprtment is nice and quite. Among all, the reason I decided to leave this review is because of my cat. I've been to 3 different animal hospitals to treat his coughing and from one of them, he got diagnosed with asthma. But his symptoms never got better even after the injections and medication. However, ever since I moved here, his coughing is gone (only a few times due to his hairballs). I'm not forced to write this review at all and believe or not, this is all true. I really love and enjoy living here.

I had to relocate to another state, but I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional honesty of the management. They returned my full deposit without any issues, which truly reflects their integrity.
The studio-type room was remarkably spacious and impeccably clean. I was amazed that I was able to find such a brand new apartment in New Jersey. Additionally, the condo complex offers a fantastic gym equipped with a Peloton bike and treadmill, providing excellent fitness amenities.
One of the best aspects is the location, as it is situated in a safe area. This adds to the overall peace of mind and comfort of residing there.
I must mention Yesenia, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. It's evident why she receives so many positive comments from people. Her assistance made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.
We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to others!
