Even though it worked out somewhere else I thought I would share my true and honest experience.
I've been in the Market to downsize after seeing several..... developments as we all can see there's many to choose from in the Hackensack area. I must say at Cambridge you might be getting the biggest bang for your buck! as for space. Most of the new luxury buildings has the amenities but lack space (what I'm preferably looking for ). lastly Melanie was very professional and down to earth, not too pushy and that's what you need as a leaser in this tough market . GOOD LUCK!

Ever since my family & I moved into Cambridge Manor Hackensack three years ago, we've referred two married couples to the complex - we absolutely love living here. To list a few reasons: our place was completely gutted & renovated (soft close kitchen cabinets were our personal favorite), tenant management is professional, maintenance requests are always resolved in a timely manner, and we feel safe in the neighborhood. It's also conveniently located near Paramus (where there's nothing you can't find) & less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop that gets you to NYC. I highly recommend giving this place a chance!

I like the clean and neat atmosphere, their appartment, and Appliance is up to date, their staff is assessable and dependable. Shopping, banking and public transportation is accessible. Most important to me is there's no smoking in the apartment.
