From Jeremy (who came by for the initial consult and quote) to Barbara (who helped deal with scheduling and payment etc.) to the crew (led initially by Edgar in the morning), everybody was great. More importantly, the crew arrived on-time, finished early and kept the place quite clean, given the nature of the job. We chose BWS based on a referral, and can now confidently refer them ourselves. We spoke to and received quotes from 4 other companies in the area, and we're happy with we went this route.

We called BWS a few weeks ago after a few floods in our new [older] home. They were quick to come out and gave us a fair price on a french drain system and new pump. The work was done seamlessly in 2 days. The french drain looks great and the workers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Barb, the office administrator, is also super kind and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Basement Waterproofing Solutions waterproofed my basement at the new house I bought around two years ago. the owner Sal and his son are very nice guys. they came over and answered all my questions and concerns. they did a professional job at a reasonable price, and left the place clean.
after two years i had an issue with the water draining outside the house.
I didn't noticed it before because of the plants and the stone fence.
it digged a large hole followed by a channel in the ground.
I called the company 9AM, talked to Sal and explained what happened.
after three hours they were already at my house.
they diverted the drain into the gutter, and they did it free of charge.
i sure appreciate a business man that stands behind his work.
i would definitely recommend these guys!

I have been battling water issues with my garage for the last several years. Ive had multiple people come out and put a patch on it or what I believe wouldve been the fix. Thankfully, a coworker put me in touch with this company from the start I felt confident that I was in good hands. The French drain was installed beautifully the workers were kind and worked so hard to resolve the problem for me. Anybody that has come by since the Installation date have said what a beautiful job they did. All I can say is thank you thank you thank you!!!
