Terrible Experience & Rude Staff! Had 3 teeth removed, did not remove all of the last tooth. When I bought this up, the staff was rude. After bringing up I received a letter in the mail stating they would no longer be my dentist. Avoid at all costs!

Do NOT bring your children to Franklin Family Dental. I have such a knot in my stomach after the care my son received. I witnessed and stop this women from aggressively choking my son while taking an x-ray yelling at him that he was fine and hitting his hands away from attempting to pull it out because he could not breathe and was gagging to the point of throwing up. I had to physically remove the device from his mouth and tell her we are done here. Her reaction to my actions was that of someone who knew what they were doing was wrong and was caught in the act. This women does not belong working with children. A dental appointment shouldnt be traumatizing, this women seems to take pleasure in making it exactly that. Always advocate for your children and remember your gut instinct is always right if something doesnt seem right, speak up and do some thing about it, they depend on us to be their voice.

My wife, son and I have been going to Dr. Piccillo for 17 years. The majority of the employees have been there almost as long. Root canals, bridges cleanings, all things dental done right. This is a clean professional environment.
