New ATM software. Takes so many more steps to make a transaction. Update NOT an improvement. Thought I could share the feedback with someone in the branch but the lady I spoke with by phone cut me off since she was more concerned about helping the person standing in front of her rather than the customer on the phone. Very defensive too. Lacks customer service skills. Used to love this branch.

This bank and it's staff are sincerely helpful and professional. All the other banks and branches I've been working with were competing with DMV's customer service at best. But from the manager to the clerk everyone is real nice here. I am happy with the services they offer.

The most dysfunctional branch I ever dealt with. Not professional and cannot communicate in writing. I am surprised this branch still has customers.
