My grandparents are very old and are struggling physically. This RadioShack is always extremely patient with them and help them with anything they need. Today my grandmother told me that my grandfather fell when leaving the store. She is not strong enough to pick him up so one of the employees rushed out to help him. Thank you.

I purchased a Sprint network Galaxy S4 (actually bought one for myself and one for my wife) 40 days ago at the Radio Shack Store at 245 Rte 202 & 31 S. in Flemington, NJ..
The manager's name is Hutch.
I have a huge problem with my brand new $699 Galaxy S4. Loose or defective charging/miniUSB port. Have had the problem since day one! Have tried many plugs including the plug at the Radio Shack counter. The port is defective. Here's the real problem. Sprint refuses to discuss the problem with me because I bought the phone from Radio Shack (40 days ago). Keep remembering that magic number...40 days.
Let me interject right now that I am aware this review page is NOT Radio Shack Customer Care. However because Radio Shack customer care has no helpful advise for me it is then appropriate I share my experience here on Google reviews. I have even reached out to the RS District Manager (through the store manager...Hutch is his name) but have yet to get a response.
So I went to the Radio Shack Store I purchased the phones at 245 Rte 202 & 31 S, Flemington, NJ (remember I bought 2 in one shot...40 days ago). Had the following 90 minute experience at that Radio Shack store in Flemington, NJ.
