My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with our Turpin agent, Maura Ballard. She was extremely knowledgeable of the current market and had a ton of experience in all the areas we wanted to look. Maura was so patient as we went through this process as it was our first time, and had an eye for all the little things one needs to note about a house that we would have missed. She was realistic with the current market and through her recommendations we got the house of our dreams with a great package. We couldnt recommend her more!!

We were so lucky to have Frank Mamrock as our realtor! As first time buyers, we were mostly clueless about the whole process. Frank was incredibly patient with us and took the time to educate us as we were looking at houses. We felt very safe with him and always had a strong sense that he was on our side. He always went the extra mile to help us, even if that meant working late hours for him. We were impressed by and grateful for his dedication to his clients. He was also very knowledgeable and thanks to him, we got the second house we made an offer for. If everybody in Turpin is like Frank, I assure you that you are in good hands.

Turpin Real Estate is lucky to have a champion like Frank Momrock on their staff. Unlike any other realtor, Frank went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal on my home. Frank didn't make this about his commission by trying to get me to drive up my offer much like all the other realtors; Frank had my best interests at heart. He wouldn't care how many showings we went to or how long it took. Despite all of the rejected offers, Frank made it his personal mission to make sure I purchased my new home. Couldn't have done it without you Frank. Hope you continue to help others in their quest to purchase their dream home!
