I've been going to Vizzio's kickboxing class for 3 years and just took up kung-fu a month ago. It's an incredible workout. The instructors really know how to assess your level and still challenge you, and I always feel good after. Give it a try!

We have been training since 2010, my kids love it! Traditional training, family environment and great weight loss results are just a few reasons why we choose to train here.
I have trained thru two pregnancies and lost the baby fat thru hard work and great support. We don't see the end of our training here.

Vizzio's Institute of Martial Arts is the absolute best Kung Fu and Kickboxing school period! My son and I have been attending now for 5 years and it has done wonderful things for both of us. Helping my son with focus and self-esteem, overcoming fears and giving him an overall confidence boost he needed to face his teen years and now young adulthood. For me to get back in shape and to test my strength, both physical and mental, but most importantly it has been an avenue for me to find clarity and focus, and through that, a happier and healthier life. Si-Jer Peaches is an incredible instructor and physical trainer, knowledgeable in all areas. Once you join, she is determined to make you better in every way possible through practice, discipline, love and care for her students. I could not recommend this school more!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Vizzio's Kung Fu School and the entire Vizzio family. My son started here when he was 3 years old and we lived nearby. At first, we were just looking to enroll my son into an activity that would keep him active and having fun. What started as 'obstacle course fun' for him turned into a more devoted Kung Fu practice. We now live up in Bergen County, but still drive to the school several times a week to train with Si-Jer Peaches. She instills discipline, self-motivation, self-respect, and character into these kids. It's much more than just that art and practice of Kung Fu. The entire family is involved, and grew up practicing as well. I HIGHLY recommend trying out a class for yourself or your little one. I signed up on 11/11 and just finished my second session tonight. I must say I feel great, I am learning, and Having fun at the same time. Classes are awesome, fun, and engaging! Masters are great, amazing group of members (family), and awesome environment. So excited to be part of an amazing group and I CANNOT wait to learn more and have some fun its a 5 star for me.
