Great experience with making decisions and setting up our order- installation not done yet. Steven L. at Fairfield location was helpful with navigating engineered hardwood options for our space. Steven took time to explain the process and walk through all the additional components needed for installation. Appreciate the quality of service so far. Looking forward to a smooth installation!

Steven was extremely helpful. Our basement was recently flooded and couldn't decide to replace the carpet or switch to vinyl. He was patient as we mulled back and forth on our decision. Would definitely recommend Worldwide to anyone looking for a great customer experience.
