I'm so upset right now.
They completely ruined my $750 Canada Goose... I gave to them to dry clean but they washed it with water. And the down filling is not completely dried inside and its flat in spots and smells like mold.

I dropped off sweaters to be dry cleaned. They shrunk my one sweater and it is ruined now - the material on the sleeves is falling apart. My beige sweater was given back to me with a pink stain all over the sleeve -- there was no stain on the sweater when I dropped it off. They offered to redo it for me at no cost - I go to pick it up the second time and the associate told me they did not even clean it since the owner was on vacation. I went back a third time to talk to the owner and she said she did send it out; I asked her why it would be given back to me if the stain they caused was still on it. I asked my clothes to be dry cleaned, she clearly washed them together with someone else's pink or red clothes. No remedy offered- she would not even give me the $10 she charged me back for the sweaters she ruined.
