Care rite does not care. My mother was at their facility in Fort Lauderdale Florida in April 2023. Poor care no follow through. No medical records, billing information. Cant file her long term benefits. HIPAA violation. Local contact Karen unable to comply with my request or Continental General Long Term Care. They did not enter her medical information into computer system. They were paid by Aetna and Medicare. Asking for $1400 deductible which Im not paying as they are not complying so they sent to collection. As for care the facility is a dump. Third floor has urine odor 24x7. She was over medicated and sedated. Needless to say I transferred her out. Called corporate. There is no way to speak to a human. Phone system asks prompts for directory by names only. Can not get worse. See you in court and HIPPA
