I had a great experience with Javier. I was with Verizon, however after he explained the benefits, especially how I can use data when I travel to Poland, that was a huge plus. Plus my bill is cheaper than when I was with Verizon and after switching the service is great. 10/10 would recommend to check them out

Employees are polite enough but still just kind of lazy. I asked for help with something that they're always able to do for me at every other store. As soon as I went in there it was a problem and were not willing to help me. They told me to just call customer service... Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else and where they're actually going to help you... Customer service didn't help by the way. So I'm just going to go to another T-Mobile where they actually want to do their jobs. I think Martin was his name avoid him if you can.

The T-Mobile store experience was extremely disappointing. Customer service was slow and unhelpful. The staff seemed absolutely disinterested and uninformed about their products.
The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. I expected better service from a reputable company like T-Mobile.
