Definitely I went to that bank and it took me 30 minutes and they called the tow truck to lift my car. I spoke with the Manager and she was very terrible at responding to me. In fact, she is Latina with a bad and terrible aptitude. She responded, what a shame. Never in my life will I go back and close my bank account from there. This bank gives very bad service, to collect they will chase you until they can't, but to speak with a representative it is impossible. They have no empathy with older customers.

This branch is very dissatisfying. They will refuse you service and say you must have a appointment when the bank itself say that this isnt true. As I watch them refuse me service then take the next
Person without a appointment. Bad customer service.
